The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more. |

Sharp's Own was the first beer ever brewed commercially at Sharp's Brewery in July 1994. Own contains the highest percentage of roasted malted barley of all their beers and as a result is their darkest brew. The judicious use of special malts gives Own its characteristic rich brown colour, delicious aroma and moreish depth of flavour. |
We also have a guest ale such as ales from Hopback Brewery, Palmers, and Isle Of Purbeck Brewery. |
